The below poster entitled 'Safeguarding Adult Reviews - What you need to know' has been developed by the WSAB to help promote awareness of the SAR process and it's relevance to the work of the Safeguarding Board.

A recent survey identified there was a lack of awareness and confidence amongst frontline practitioners in the use of the SAR process. The Board have requested that their members arrange for this poster to be widely distributed across their respective organisations to help raise awareness.
