BBC News have written an article based on the data from the Freedom of Information request submitted by the BBC Radio 4 programme, File on 4.

The article talks about the vast number of allegations of abuse made against carers working in people's homes across the UK, with File on 4 discovering that prosecutions were rare, with just 700 of the 23,428 alerts resulting in police involvement and only 15 prosecutions overall.
