An article has been published by The Guardian newspaper regarding the recently announced £500,000 project for Truecall devices to be installed in approximately 1,500 homes of the elderly and vulnerable adults across the UK. This project has come about due to the increase in nuisance and scamming phone calls across the UK, affecting the most vulnerable in our community. The Guardian reports of one recent firm that has been fined £350,000 for making more than 46 million automated calls.
