Warwickshire Safeguarding has now completed its second Strategic Thematic Review focusing on the topic of ‘Core Safeguarding Practice’ of children and adults. The final full report details learning identified from single agency self-evaluations, case file audits, professional surveys, conversations with professionals and feedback gathered from service users/carer’s/families through the statutory reviews work.
